His body compensated for years without even realizing it, until he received his first treatment of Massage /Bodywork in 2007 and made him realize his body wasn’t normal as anticipated. After numerous sessions of modalities ranging from Swedish massage, Acupressure/ Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Reiki, he decided to become a license Massage Therapist and Bodyworker in 2008.

While in school, Mr. Winter learned how to self-heal by understanding the human Anatomy, Kinesiology, Asian Medicine, Sports Medicine, different forms of exercises,  herbs and nutrition. Subsequently, this exposure led him to 7 years (Approx. 6,000 hours) of hands on experience; treating many aliments from chronic pain to headaches.

His years of dedication, practice, and patience in Alternative Medicine (primarily Asian) taught him how to self-heal and help heal others through Bodywork treatments, Meditation, Yoga, and general- intense exercises. Throughout the years he exposed his practice to Clinics, Gyms, and Spas, creating a wave of testimonials about his healing touch and extensive knowledge. This gave him the understanding that massage and bodywork is a perfect way to jump start any exercise or overall well-being.

  Bio of Serene
Sabrina unexpectedly started her yoga journey in January 2015 after her sister invited her to a kundalini yoga class. Although Sabrina didn't fully understand all the parts that made up the yoga class, she knew that she woke up a different person the next morning. She felt as if a massive weight had been removed from her shoulders as she regained pep in her step. She eagerly wanted more of this bliss, and quickly became hooked on attending kundalini yoga classes and practicing vinyasa/hatha classes at home. Sabrina watched her weight decrease as her awareness of self increased through her yoga practice. She wanted to share yoga with her community so they too could begin to strip away the unwanted layers of life that no longer served them. Only a year after starting her practice, she enrolled in yoga teacher training.. In June 2016, she became RYT-200 certified in hatha. Since her certification, she dedicates her free time to teaching weekly yoga classes geared towards beginners and intermediates, as well as facilitating private classes and workshops. She feels that teaching yoga is the perfect way to empower people to cultivate a mindful and authentic life.
